PartSource annonces acquisition of BOB LLOY Auto Supply in Cobourd
New PartSource store to be managed by owners of Cobourg-based business
Toronto , ON - (December 6, 2005) PartSource, a chain of auto parts specialty stores, today announced the acquisition of Bob Lloyd Auto Supply, a Cobourg-based auto parts store. The store will open under the PartSource banner in the Spring and will be managed by Bob Zinkie, the current owner of Bob Lloyd Auto Supply.
PartSource's acquisition of this store supports the chain's growth strategy and will be the first location in the Cobourg-area.

PartSource is a chain serving do-it-yourself automotive customers and the commercial auto parts market (professional installers). Each store is staffed with experienced auto parts professionals and licensed automotive technicians who share the customer's passion for cars and trucks. New store staff are chosen based on their ability to help customers with all their auto parts needs.
Each store carries a broad inventory of automotive parts and accessories tailored to reflect the area's vehicle population. Brand names include Bosch, Fram, Monroe , Wagner, Quaker State , NGK, TRW and Borg Warner & Maremont products. In addition to automotive parts, PartSource stores also carry a variety of name brand convenience and accessory items, including seven national brands of motor oil, five brands of spark plugs and three brands of oil filters.
PartSource has thousands of auto parts in stock and staff can also access thousands more parts on a same day or overnight basis from distribution centres that service all of Canada . PartSource has a delivery capability that allows it to deliver products to professional installers when they are needed.
