Before you replace your spark plugs…

Make sure your engine has cooled down!

Vacuum and wipe down around the plugs, so debris won't fall into cylinder heads.

Installing new plugs? Apply Anti-Seize if needed to facilitate the job.

Don't over-tighten plugs - you could damage the heads. Always use a torque wrench at the recommended torque setting.
